PRICING INFORMATION
Executive offices in the $550-$1,600 range per month for lease.
Executive Office leases are for a 12-month minimum.
Includes The Palms On White receptionist 5 days a week from 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Receptionist will answer the phone, greet, entertain, and direct all client, customer traffic.
Includes all utilities (Water, Electricity and WiFi).
Includes use of the kitchen, breakroom and all appliances.
Includes all internal and external maintenance and garbage pick-up.
Includes use of and access to business room with computer, printer and tenant mailbox.
Tenants do receive a discount anytime they reserve the Event room.
